Do you have a written Code of Conduct that applies to employees and sub-suppliers?
Do you have a policy against corruption, bribery and conflicts of interest?
Do you operate a whistleblowing channel for reporting misconduct?
Do you confirm that the company, owners and board are not on any sanctions list (EU, UK, OFAC)?
3. Human rights and transparency
Are you familiar with the Norwegian Transparency Act and do you perform due diligence in your supply chain?
Do you have a policy committing to the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP)?
Do you confirm that no child labour or forced labour occurs in your operations or among sub-suppliers?
Do you respect employees' right to freedom of association and collective bargaining?
4. HSE and working conditions
Do you operate a documented HSE management system?
Do you comply with statutory minimum wages / collective agreements in the countries where you operate?
Do you comply with statutory working time regulations?
Do you have a policy against discrimination and harassment?
5. Environment and climate
Do you have an environmental policy?
Are you certified to ISO 14001, Eco-Lighthouse, EMAS or equivalent?
Do you report greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1–3 / GHG Protocol)?
Do you comply with REACH and RoHS for chemicals and materials?
Do you offer products/services that support the circular economy (reuse, repair, recycling)?

Are you certified to ISO 9001 or do you have a documented quality system?
Do you comply with GDPR / the EU data protection regulation?
Do you operate an information / IT security system (e.g. ISO 27001, NSM basic principles)?
Do you impose equivalent requirements on your own sub-suppliers?
